RESTAURANT ELSA

In the restaurant, domestic ingredients are represented as extensively as possible.

In the pure land of Finland, grain cultivated on the clean soil takes the form of bread. Domestic organic eggs transform into pasta. Arctic grayling caught in Muonio, smoked whitefish in the fall. Ice cream is made every evening from the milk of Lapland's own cow. It's time to unearth traditional recipes and bring them into the present. Head Chef Sirly Ylläsjärvi has spent 14 years in Lapland, and the menu is built on those teachings.

In the restaurant's hall, there is a massive fireplace that adds ambiance but also serves as part of the menu. Reindeer is finished over an open fire, and at the end of the evening, coffee is brewed in a sooty pot.

The wine cellar features carefully selected European wines. You can explore the cellar's selection on-site, and for private events, we also welcome requests if you have a specific wine you'd like to see in the selection.

The restaurant has one table, and there is one seating every evening. You can make a reservation directly through the system or by contacting .if.ylris%40ylris
